I am a psychologist and psychodrama therapist with an integrative approach shaped by personal experience, three higher education degrees (philology/pedagogy, progect management and psychology), and long-term psychotherapeutic training. I was born in Odesa, Ukraine, and continued my education in Cherkasy, where I was first introduced to psychodrama and fell in love with this method. I had experience as an actress in Playback Theater during my training at the first level of psychodrama-practitioner.
In my work, I draw on the principles of psychodrama, awareness, spontaneity, improvisation, emotional presence and safety. I am also interested in body-oriented therapy and integrate body awareness into my work to support emotional regulation, deepen experiential contact, and restore a sense of wholeness.
I work with trauma, complex emotional experiences, emotional exhaustion, life crises and transitions, the development of emotional awareness, self-regulation, and resilience.
Also, I am actively involved in charitable and volunteer initiatives as a psychologist and coordinator, providing psychological support to people affected by social and wartime challenges, including military personnel, veterans and their families.
For me Psychodrama is a gentle faith in people and their natural capacity to heal and grow. I am confident that together we can create a safe space where inner strength, awareness, and new possibilities can emerge.
