BEING IN BODY Report from MmM&F @ 20/06/2022

During this meeting, Johanna Olberding focused on the body with all participants. With exercises on pressure, speed, breathing and awareness, the participants were able to feel themselves and share their experiences in small groups. Two of the exercises will shortly be described below – so you can easily do it yourself.

We invite you to these meetings to create a space for international encounters. Each meeting includes impulses and is moderated.
