Acting together is a pleasure and can increase togetherness and attract new members.\nOne of the mandates from the last General Assembly was to develop and implement one or more such projects\, preferably externally funded. \nIn the International Committee we have prepared this thoroughly and are very happy that we could win Jacomien Ilbrink to conduct an action sociometric study with us and you. On 30.5.2022\, we want to present the interim results of our work to you and\, with Jacomien’s help\, try to form working groups that will then further prepare such international cooperations (with or without external funding)\, apply for them with the help of the Board (if necessary)\, and carry them out. \nWould you like to contribute to this?\nCan you imagine investing some time and energy in such a project and profiting from it for your work or your institute? \nWe mean all of You!\nPsychodrama trainees form the first level on\, all teachers and institutes\, our whole community. DESCRIPTION:Ohrid\, North Macedonia\, 15th – 19th of May\, 2022 \n\nINVITATION\nDear Colleagues and Members of the FEPTO Community\, \nIn the context of the FEPTO Council Meeting in Dave last month\, it was decided that FEPTO  28th Annual Meeting  2022 to be held in person in Ohrid from the 15th to the 19th of May. \nThe topic of AM is the same like before “Mind the Body\, Exploring the Soma through Psychodrama”. \nThe pandemic caused a long-lasting global crisis that strongly affected the functioning of each person\, both physically and mentally. It affected all aspects of human functioning: cognitive\, emotional and behavioral aspects\, and at the same time strongly influenced the social environment bringing major changes. \nThe long-lasting pressure exerted by these social\, political\, economic and health changes has led people to exhaust their coping mechanisms. Living during these two years in crisis required people to constantly adapt to new situations and information\, therefore reducing their ability to adapt. This will globally and directly affect people’s mental health\, which will cause severe physical symptoms. \nNikos Takis\, ex president of FEPTO\, and Chantal Nave\, ex vice president\, when writing in the invitation to AM 2020\, seems as if they predicted the future and the occurrence of the pandemic. They emphasized the importance of the role that psychodrama has in helping to manage the mental and physical consequences of a pandemic. \nThe rationale behind this choice is that we would like to shed more light on the importance of the participation of the body in the psychodramatic process. Psychodrama\, in contrast to many other approaches in psychotherapy and group work possesses the advantage of using\, addressing and activating the whole psychosomatic entity of the individual. This is one more reason for its efficacy in relatively short periods of time. The majority among us are well aware of the significance and the effectiveness of bodily activities. Jacob Levy Moreno in his role theory\, considered that the first roles we assume in our lives are the somatic\, bodily ones. However\, we deem that this topic has not been discussed and elaborated sufficiently. Therefore\, we decided to focus in this important aspect of our work for this year\, have exchanges and find ways to integrate it in our training and our practice. \nThe FEPTO Council \nFor more information follow this link. \nIMPORTANT MESSAGE\nTaking into account the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic\, all necessary measures will be taken to protect against infection. Anyone wishing to attend the AM and Conference will need to be vaccinated with a 72 hour negative PCR test. We invite you to submit your proposals for online workshops and/ or lectures!\n“Encounters in the Online Surplus Reality”.\nThe unprecedented experience of the Covid-19 pandemic was very challenging for all of us. The reality in which we live and work has changed dramatically over the last year. We were forced to postpone both FEPTO Conference and Annual Meeting. Our psychodramatic activities\, practice and training\, have transitioned to the virtual environment of online platforms. This transition generates a new experience for us and our groups. The virtual reality of the internet\, may be considered like an alternative form of the surplus reality that is created in psychodrama. The surplus reality we encounter in the psychodrama becomes\nparallel to the reality of everyday life. It is enough to take our eyes off the screen\, and we can turn it on or off. The aim of this Conference is to explore the experience of the online psychodramatic encounters and provide opportunities for exchanges on this topic\, between the members of our community. \nIt will be a one-day conference\, and will consist of online workshops and lectures.\nThe workshops will last 90 minutes.\nThe lectures will last 30 minutes\, followed by a 15-minutes discussion. \nTo apply\, you need to fill out the attached form. Please submit the completed forms by March 31st. Please send your proposals by email at FEPTOonline@gmail.com\nThe program of the Conference will be announced on April 10. Then there will be a call for participants to choose a workshop and lecture. There will not be a registration fee. This donation will be reinvested in our projects.  \nPsychodrama requires to be fully in the moment\, attuned to whatever happens and act agile to what is\, just like surfing the waves. As psychodramatists we often come with a plan\, prepare a warm-up and then let the magic happen! \nTherefore we thought it a fun and appropriate challenge to organize an online Un-Conference\, which requires to be fully present and spontaneous to what is in the moment and take it from there. \nThe theme also invites us to explore how we can develop even more resilience as psychodramatists\, how we can make psychodrama even more visible within the challenges of stormy pandemics. \nWhile ‘normal’ conferences come with an agenda\, Un-Conferences come without one. The program is shaped by the participants on the day of the event. So\, you never really know what to expect. Only one thing is for sure: prepare to be surprised! The Unconference relies on spontaneity\, good will\, cooperation and responsible freedom to learn and contribute. Out of many possibilities to facilitate such an event\, we chose mainly the Open Space Technology and some other additional formats. \nAfter an initiating warm-up by your hosts\, in the marketplace\, everybody who feels called to initiate a session can claim time and virtual space to host a workshop or a conversation on topics that matter to them. However\, you might also already come with a plan\, maybe about something about psychodrama that is dear to you and that you would like to find out or experiment with. You might also want to conduct a psychodrama online and get participants for your offer. \nThis is your opportunity!\nWe all indicate our interest sociometrically for the emerging proposed workshops and the discussions\, organised in two time slots. \nAttendees can host and participate in as many sessions as they like and can even freely move between sessions that are hosted at the same time\, when the workshop leaders accept this. \nWhen the second round ends\, we gather again all together for conclusions regarding the discussions and for the final sharing about the event. \nWe guide ourselves by the 4 principles of the Unconferences: \n· Whoever comes are the right people.\n· Whatever happens is the only thing that could have happened.\n· Whenever it starts is the right time.\n· When it is over it is over. \nAnd we encourage you all to embrace the Law of Mobility:\n“Anyone finds her or himself in a situation where they are neither learning nor contributing\, they can move themselves to a more productive place.” \nWe may experience some or all of these 4 roles:\nParticipants can either become the host of a session or be an active participant in a session. DESCRIPTION:Dear colleagues\, members and participants\,  \nthe waves are too high\, the storm too unpredictable – we are retreating back to the land and waiting out the stormy times!  \nDue to the new increases in the incidence of corona in many countries in Europe and beyond and the associated uncertainty about new entry and exit regulations and the associated testing and/or quarantine requirements\, it is with a heavy heart that we have decided not to hold our international psychodrama conference in Presence this year.  \nYour personal costs\, which could arise from possibly short-term testing or quarantine requirements\, cannot be calculated with certainty and at the same time our conference would take place under distance and masking rules\, as this is still the requirement for Germany and – by now – would also exclude dancing and singing. \nWe are going back to the land\, but that certainly doesn’t mean we won’t go back to the waves. In order to keep our biennial rhythm\, which is tied to our biennial general assembly\, we have already set a new date. \nThe next International Psychodrama Conference will take place in two years from 22 to 24 of September 2023!  \nInstead of the three-day conference\, a one-day online “un-conference” will take place on Saturday\, 25th of September from 10:00 am to 01:00 pm and 03:00 pm to 06:00 pm (CET). \nWith best wishes for you all\, your conference team!

We will be working on the theme of FREEDOM using sociodrama! \nFurthermore\, our aim is to give all of us a chance to get to know each other better\, as well as to present our professional areas of interest. DESCRIPTION:Dear Trainers! \nIt is with great pleasure that we invite all of you to the first online meeting of “Trainers on Stage”  that will take place on the \n6th of June from 9.30am to 6.30pm CET please register here via office@psychodrama-for-europe.eu to receive the Link\, \nwhich will kick off the new and long-awaited project of our Association: \nTrainers on Stage: Encounter and Exchange \nIts major aim is to get to know each other\, exchange experiences\, skills and ideas. We want to know your needs\, expectations and issues related to the role of a psychodrama trainer and encourage you to work together internationally on topics that interest you. \nInitially\, this idea was to create the possibility of mutual supervision\, additional training for trainers and discussions on training standards\, values and methods. In the era of epidemics and difficulties with traveling\, we experience even more the lack of direct contact and the possibility of a real psychodrama encounter.
